Ms. Forney has more than 18 years of
experience in environmental consulting
for industrial, commercial and government
clients. Her work has involved specific
concentration in communications, regulatory
compliance, permitting and issues related to
water quality.

Ms. Forney holds an M.S. in Environmental Science and Management
from Duquesne University and a B.S. in Science from Pennsylvania
State University, as well as certificates in public participation, technical writing, and science, technology and society (STS). She also has formal training in areas such as ISO 14000, water quality permitting and environmental due diligence assessments.
